Where the Landscape Lies – Support group for Patients

An opportunity to share thoughts with others in a unique but similar situation.

Description

A free, informal educational sessions for patients living with a terminal or life-limiting illness that gives opportunity to explore what is happening, and ask questions such as:

  • What you can expect at the end of life and how can we prepare well?
  • How can we plan for our funeral - what are our options?
  • What’s important to me right now?
  • What things can support me right now?
  • ... Anything else that is on top in your individual journey
