Your Rights
When you use a health or disability service in New Zealand, like Te Omanga Hospice, you have the protection of a Code of Rights.
All patients, families and whānau receiving Te Omanga Hospice services have a right to be notified of their rights and responsibilities before hospice care begins. All patients, families and whānau have the right to exercise those rights, and all decisions and choices they make will guide their hospice care.
If you have any comments or concerns about the service provided by Te Omanga Hospice, we welcome your feedback so we can identify a solution or improve our services. You can provide feedback directly to any staff member or to our Quality & Risk team via email quality@teomanga.org.nz.
