Garden of Appreciation

Located in Bracken Street, Petone, the garden has increasingly become a popular space for those wishing to spend time in remembrance and reflection, or even to enjoy a family picnic together.

Engraved bricks are laid along pathways in the garden, each one a lasting reminder of someone or something special.

Brick orders typically close around the end of September. Each year, usually in November, we hold a special ceremony to lay the engraved bricks in the garden. Everyone who has purchased a brick will be invited to attend the ceremony.
